PC&L Cont. Improvement Engineer

Position SummaryThe PC&L Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a conduit between the PC&L team and the SES Plant Teams. Their main role will be to implement, maintain, and improve the following:Essential Job functions include, but not limited to, the following:Level scheduling tool at all APT areasKanban for all work centers for End of Line stock, Pool Stock, and Truck Preparation Areas.Set up Totem boards for shipping associates to set up pull frequency for trucksSet up Receiving boards for incoming material with hourly receiptsAssist SES team in implementation of tugger routesAssist in Steel Kanban implementationsAsses our Past Model Service materials system and make recommendations and improvements in the value stream flow.Assist in setting up flat warehouse for components.Work with Logistics to look at flow optimizations into our plants from suppliers.Help Shipping manager with external warehouse optimization
