KailuaStatus: Full-Time or Part-TimePay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)Summary of Job Responsibilities:Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchasesGreet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlistEnsure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor lawsSupport the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areasFollow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelinesSummary of Qualifications:You have some experience as a greeter or hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environmentYou have some experience in retail or customer serviceYou are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team playerYou have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)Benefits & Perks:Average hourly tips: $15-$25 (dependent on shift & sales)Flexible schedulingFree shift meals during training, then $5 shift meals thereafterEmployee discounts - 50% off food, 50% off 2 alcoholic drinks if eligible, and 33% off merchandisePTO after 1 yearMedical/Vision/Dental insurance when working 20+ hours per weekInterested?
