The company operates with strong community values and a commitment to improving the quality of life for both caregivers and clients alike.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Director of Sales and Business Development based in San Diego, CA, with opportunities for some remote work. The Director will drive sales in the San Diego and North County locations, identify and secure new business opportunities and streams of revenue, while building long-term relationships with referral partners and clients. Responsibilities include market research and development to identify new opportunities for revenue growth, establish referral relationships in new areas and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and meet company objectives. The role requires strategic planning, a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and the ability to close new accounts, while maintaining alignment with the organization's mission and values.QualificationsStrong expertise in Sales to meet and exceed revenue goalsProven experience in Business Development, with the ability to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunitiesExceptional interpersonal relationship skills to establish and maintain long-lasting client relationshipsStrategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with the senior care industry or non-medical care services is highly beneficial
