People and Culture/HR Generalist - Bilingual Spanish/English

Schedule: Onsite, full-timeCompensation: $75,000 to $90,000 base + discretionary bonus up to 20%Every strong operation runs on more than systems and schedules. You will support employees and leaders across multiple divisions while helping maintain compliance, structure, and a positive workplace culture.You will:Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR-related questions such as timekeeping, benefits, and system accessCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finishMaintain accurate employee records and documentationSupport compliance activities including leaves, unemployment claims, and employment-related documentationPartner with leadership on employee relations and corrective action processesUpdate employee information within the HRIS systemCreate and maintain reports to support audits and operational needsAssign and track required employee trainingsParticipate in employee engagement initiatives and company eventsHelp create internal communications such as newsletters, signage, and updatesSupport a culture of professionalism, accountability, and respect across the organizationThis is a role for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and being part of a team that depends on strong operational support.What We’re Looking ForCore experience:2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People OperationsSpanish and English bilingual proficiency requiredExperience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist roleWorking knowledge of HR compliance and employee relationsExperience supporting multi-location or fast-paced operations is a strong plusFamiliarity with California employment practices preferredExperience with HRIS platforms, Paylocity experience is especially helpfulPersonal strengths that matter here:Organized and detail-orientedCalm and professional under pressureComfortable handling confidential informationStrong communicator who can work independently and collaborativelyAble to balance structure with a people-first mindsetWhy This Role MattersThis is not a back-office HR role.
