The Job Title will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for clients, assessing individual needs, developing personalized care plans, and maintaining communication with clients and their families. Duties also include managing daily operations, supporting the care team, and following compliance guidelines to deliver quality service that meets company standards.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and team membersOrganizational and time management skills to effectively oversee care services and ensure operational efficiencyExperience in care planning and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate recordsKnowledge of compliance standards and best practices in the healthcare or home care industryProficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies for scheduling and documentationDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressureRelevant certifications or training in healthcare, caregiving, or management is a plusBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory
