Minimum 7+ years of overall software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications, including hands-on full stack development. • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, including backend services, REST APIs, application frameworks, automation, and production-grade coding practices. • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on React.js experience building modern, component-based web applications and integrating with backend APIs. • Minimum 3+ years of Node.js experience supporting server-side application development, API services, or full stack solutions. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Databricks experience, including development of data processing workloads, notebooks/jobs, integrations, and production support. • Minimum 3+ years of PostgreSQL experience, including relational data modeling, SQL development, query optimization, indexing, and application integration. • Minimum 4+ years of experience designing or developing applications for scale using microservices, horizontal scaling, distributed systems, caching, resiliency, performance optimization, and high-availability patterns. • Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise application security and compliance practices, including authentication/authorization, secure APIs, secrets management, data protection, and secure coding standards. • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience integrating AI/ML or LLM capabilities into applications, APIs, workflows, or enterprise software solutions.
