We serve industry leaders across AdTech, Consumer, CTV, Publishing, and Retail.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Performance Solutions Consultant to support performance-driven advertising initiatives across digital platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, advertisers, and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success, optimize performance strategies, and provide technical consultation for lower funnel advertising solutions including eCommerce and conversion-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital advertising technologies, campaign optimization, ad operations, and analytics, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert at Client campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be your regions go to resource for performance related opportunities.Be the primary day-to-day technical contact for sales to help activate lower funnel campaigns (ex. eCommerce, performance focused). Provide prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for a less technical audience.Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients within your region.Identify key issues facing our clients and advertisers, and develop proposed solutions on how Client should solve them through systems, processes, and / or people.Work with your region to adapt best practices to fit the market you are supporting, and relay that feedback to internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications5+ years of relevant work experience within digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations.3+ years of both client facing and hands-on experience in digital advertising with responsibilities in ad tech, ad ops, and/or campaign management.Experience with tagging and tracking QA and support, and working with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales facing experience, and product/platform knowledge.A structured and detail-oriented thinker. You’re as comfortable solving conceptual problems and creating frameworks to refine a team’s thinking as you are getting into the weeds to understand how things work.Strong communication skills. You can move seamlessly between conversing with engineers or frontline sales employees and lead presentations with senior leads.An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits (ex.
