This role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs while supporting overall dealership sales and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Assist retail and service customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate parts, accessories, and apparelProvide accurate parts lookups and product recommendations based on customer needsSupport the Service Department by sourcing and supplying parts for repair orders in a timely mannerProcess parts orders, special orders, and backorders with accuracyReceive, inspect, and stock incoming inventoryMaintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeepingMerchandise and maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts showroomHandle customer inquiries, returns, and warranty-related issues in a professional mannerFollow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely customer communicationQualifications Strong customer service and communication skillsBasic knowledge of motorcycles, parts, and accessories is preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale softwareCompensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based incentivesEmployee discounts on motorcycles, parts, and apparelOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive team environment within a high-performing dealershipWork Environment This position operates in a dealership setting with frequent customer interaction.
