Help Desk Technician

Socket.dev is seeking a Jr. Helpdesk Technician to support daily IT operations at Quantico, VA. You will provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for MCENN systems, SharePoint, mobile devices, printers, and VTC setups, while logging incidents and guiding users through basic fixes.
