This is a client facing role, responsible for configuration, implementation and ongoing support of the PlanSource system.This position can be fully remote/virtual/work from home and you can be based anywhere in the US.How You'll Make An ImpactSupport and assist administrators with basic ongoing system functions and questionsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionTroubleshoot and research issues to identify root causesUse deductive problem-solving skills to investigate and solve a broad range of problems. Assist with reporting requestsUpdate the system with any requested changes (ex. plan, rate, or rule updates)Assist with ACA processes and data auditingUnderstand employee benefits and necessary configuration rules, including cost calculationsAttend all team and global team meetingsAttend all webinars for respective system/vendorTrain administrators and update custom administrative user guidesCreate and maintain client documentations and recordsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesPerform Open Enrollment (OE) demos for current clientsStay current with system information, changes and updatesFacilitate client calls when neededAssist with agenda and call notes for client callsAbout YouBachelor’s degree in a related field preferredExperience with HR Technology, specifically benefits administration, is requiredExperience with PlanSource strongly preferredGood customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelySolid technical skills, especially with SaaS and ExcelExcellent grammar and communication skillsProject management skillsBasic mathematical skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentStrong communication skills and active listeningCompensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
