Position Details Position: Receptionist & Sales Associate Location: 158 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: Hourly rate for the first month (including paid training) From the second month: hourly rate + commission based on performance 2. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Employment eligibility verification required). Fluent in English (Russian will be an advantage). Strong communication and customer service skills (previous experience preferred but not required). Must have own reliable transportation (buses, rides from friends, Uber/Lyft are not acceptable). Responsibilities include transporting kittens to vet appointments, fly nanny drop-offs, and pickups, so a reliable personal vehicle is required. Comfortable working with kittens and learning about feline care. A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Job Responsibilities Reception & Customer Service Greet and assist customers. Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments. Provide information about our kittens and services. Kitten Care Assistance Assist with feeding and monitoring kittens’ well-being. Facility Maintenance Work as a team to ensuring a clean and welcoming space (no deep cleaning required; we have a dedicated cleaning staff). Sales & Customer Education Help customers find their perfect kitten by providing accurate breed and care information. Content Creation Support Capture and share photos/videos of daily activities for our content creator. Problem-Solving & Proactivity Handle unexpected situations (e.g., newly arrived kittens adjusting to their space) with patience and professionalism. Professional Appearance Casual dress code, but no sandals or flip-flops allowed. A custom-made shirt will be provided as part of the uniform.
