Plant Financial Controller

The FINANCIAL ONTROLLER leads the financial process of the plant.This position is responsible for the following main duties:Lead financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely data management for the manufacturingfacilityManage financial reporting for all functional areas including Production, Purchasing, and SalesEnsure controls support safeguarding company assets and providing accurate financial records.Perform balance sheet reviews, inventory and ledger reporting.Coordinate the periodic reporting of financial and operating results looking for opportunities to improveprofitability.Manage the cost accounting system.*Ad hoc projects and reporting.REQUIREMENTS-Bachelor s Degree in accounting or Finance6 - 10 years of related experience in financial analysis, reporting and accounting leadership for a small or large business, preferably in manufacturingStrong track record of implementing internal controls and assimilating, educating and implementing cost accounting in amanufacturing environment- A strong aptitude in financial analysis, as well as a technical foundation in accounting.- Experience leading diverse global financial consolidations in an accurate and timely manner- Outstanding communication and, interpersonal skills
