Restaurant Manager
Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Training, supervising, and developing restaurant staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders.
Have experience creating employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times
Assist with paperwork and administrative duties
Help to maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
Ensure that the restaurant complies with all necessary health, safety, and licensing requirements and guidelines
Promote and market the business, while consistently assessing profitability and identifying areas for improvement
Address customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements and Qualifications
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented attitude
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
Keen problem solver eager to tackle challenges in an organized and strategic manner
5+ years of experience working as a restaurant manager
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Ability to work independently, and lead by example.
Experience with POS systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
