VP of Software Sales
Building and scaling the direct sales motion for a software platform, the full-time remote VP of Software Sales will own revenue targets, hire and ramp sales teams, and design the sales process from outreach to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the revenue targets for the software sales motion, including pipeline and conversion metrics
Hire, onboard, and ramp Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), establishing performance benchmarks
Design and document the end-to-end sales process, including outreach strategies and deal stages
Required Qualifications:
Direct SaaS sales leadership experience with IT, MSP, or security buyers in mid-market companies
Proven experience as a VP or Director of Sales with direct ownership of revenue targets
Demonstrated success in hiring and ramping SDRs and AEs from the ground up
Experience with B2B sales cycles of 60 to 180 days
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to lead demos and executive presentations
