Hospitality Supervisor

The Hospitality Supervisor supports daily dining and hospitality operations, ensuring a high-quality, resident-centered service experience. This role provides hands-on leadership to hourly team members while maintaining service standards, safety, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities* Supervise day-to-day hospitality and dining operations * Lead, coach, and support hourly team members * Ensure excellent resident and guest service during all meal periods * Address service issues promptly and professionally * Support onboarding, training, and shift coverage * Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety standards * Assist with special events and community programsQualifications* 2+ years of hospitality or food service experience; supervisory experience preferred * Senior living, healthcare, or contract dining experience a plus * Strong leadership, communication, and service skills * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
