Inventory AssistantMount Laurel Animal Hospital is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Assistant to support our fast-paced hospital's inventory operations. This role is critical to the day-to-day functioning of our facility and ensures that all departments are stocked and organized to deliver seamless care to patients. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values accuracy, communication, and teamwork in delivering top-tier veterinary service.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management softwareAssist with receiving, storing, and distributing inventory itemsRotate stock and ensure treatment areas remain fully suppliedConduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levelsCollaborate with team members to forecast inventory needs and support supply orderingAssist in preparing reports on inventory status and help improve inventory strategiesSupport inventory storage organization and help resolve inventory-related issuesMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Ability to lift and move inventory items as neededStrong communication skills and ability to work well with multiple departmentsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with supply chain or inventory management systemsExperience in a veterinary, medical, or pharmaceutical environmentAnalytical thinking and ability to identify trends in usage or purchasingWillingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospital settingWhy Choose Mount Laurel Animal Hospital?Supportive Culture: Join a team that truly values compassion, collaboration, and community.
