Construction Project Manager

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction work. Your energetic approach will drive project success while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations, budget constraints, and project schedules. *Responsibilities* * Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. * Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools; coordinate construction schedule updates regularly. * Manage project budgets, monitor costs using HeavyBid or comparable cost management software, and implement strategies for cost control. * Oversee construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and project progression. * Supervise construction site activities; oversee teams in a construction management role while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. * Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards; address issues promptly to minimize delays or rework. * Manage contracts and change orders efficiently; ensure all contractual obligations are met with transparency and accuracy. * Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and keep all stakeholders informed of project status. * Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. *Experience* * Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex civil or heavy civil works. * Extensive background in construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and project coordination. * Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment; strong leadership skills required. * Proficiency with project management software including Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Deep understanding of construction plans, blueprints reading skills, and contract administration processes. * Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards applicable to heavy civil or infrastructure projects. * Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across various projects.
