A growing organization is partnering with LHH to identify a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys managing both incoming and outgoing funds while leveraging Excel for data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes Process and support payroll operations accurately and on schedule Analyze financial data and maintain organized records using Excel Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to generate insights and reports Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiencyQualifications: Proven experience with AR, AP, and payroll processing Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Solid understanding of general accounting principles High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a professional office environment and collaborating with cross-functional teamsBenefits: Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time OffIf interested in the above position, please apply today.
