Bus Driver Trainer | 8 Hours | Start Date: 12/02/2024 | 12 Month Calendar | 2 Positions AvailableInternal Classified employees are not eligible to apply for open positions during their probationary period of employment.Hiring Administrator: Carol HatfieldGENERAL DUTIESProvide training required by the State Department of Education and the Department of Motor Vehicles in licensing school bus drivers for the District.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or its equivalent Proficient oral and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a valid Oregon School Bus Driver’s Certificate or be able to obtain both within 60 daysFamiliarity with the geographic area inside the District boundariesPass a pre-employment drug testMust be an ODE approved training assistant required.
