Senior Project Manager - Environmental ConsultingErie, PA$80K-$100K Base + BenefitsWhy this role stands out:Join a respected environmental and engineering consulting firm with 130+ years of historyWork on impactful hydrogeologic and environmental projects across multiple industriesOpportunity to lead complex environmental consulting engagements from proposal through executionCollaborative environment with cross-functional technical teamsStrong compensation and benefits package with long-term career growth potentialWhat you’ll be doing:Lead all phases of environmental consulting projects including proposals, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and executionCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, laboratories, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teamsPrepare reports, permit applications, work plans, and technical deliverablesManage field activities and oversee project implementationInterpret environmental data, tables, graphs, and figuresMentor and oversee junior staffSupport QA/QC efforts and maintain compliance with company and client safety standardsParticipate in occasional field work and travel as neededWhat they’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field6-10 years of environmental and/or hydrogeologic consulting experienceStrong knowledge of Pennsylvania Land Recycling Act 2 and Phase I ESAsStrong technical writing and QA/QC skillsExcellent communication and project management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelPennsylvania Professional Geologist License preferred, but not required
