Travel: Approximately 80% local field appointmentsLocation: Remote + Field HybridEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: $100,000–$180,000 expected annual earningsCompensation Structure: Commission-based with onboarding support and performance incentivesAbout the RoleDependable Life Solutions is seeking professional Insurance Sales Managers to oversee client-facing insurance activity while supporting and training licensed agents in the field.This role includes personal production responsibilities in addition to field training, onboarding support, compliance oversight, and mentorship of agents during client appointments.The position includes structured training, CRM tools, field mentorship systems, and access to company-supported client opportunities.This is a commission-based role requiring an active state insurance license, or the ability to obtain one before beginning client appointments.ResponsibilitiesMeet with prospective clients in person and remotelyTrain and support agents during field appointments and onboardingMonitor agent activity and maintain professional sales standardsExplain life insurance options clearly and professionallyMaintain accurate client records in company systemsFollow all state insurance and carrier compliance guidelinesManage appointment follow-up and client communicationParticipate in onboarding, product training, and compliance trainingMaintain active licensing and carrier appointment requirementsQualificationsSales skills, including consultative selling, business development, and meeting sales targetsLeadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales teamCommunication and negotiation skills for developing and maintaining client relationshipsOrganizational and analytical skills for data management and strategic planningKnowledge of the insurance industry or related fields is preferredStrong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven mindsetCompensation and Support$100,000–$180,000 expected annual earningsWeekly onboarding stipend available during the first 2–8 weeks after licensingThis role includes access to guaranteed introductory compensation Commission-based compensationReimbursement of approved licensing and onboarding costsPerformance-based bonuses and incentivesHealth coverage options availableFlexible schedule with field-based appointment structure
