This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a passion for both animals and people. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and patients warmly, creating a welcoming and supportive environment Manage a high-volume phone system, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and triaging calls appropriately Coordinate appointment scheduling efficiently while balancing urgent care needs Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain and update patient records with precision and confidentiality Communicate clearly with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills Support daily clinic operations, including administrative and clerical tasks Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area Qualifications: Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office preferred Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and organizational ability Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software Experience with Avimark and/or ezyVet is preferred, but not required Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emotional situations Genuine compassion for animals and their owners Key Attributes: Positive, team-oriented mindset Dependable and punctual Adaptable and proactive Strong work ethic and willingness to learn What We Offer: Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Competitive pay based on experience And more!
