To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.Job DescriptionThe Packaging Design Engineer supports Sealed Air’s sales organization by designing, prototyping, and testing protective packaging solutions, with a strong focus on Instapak® foam cushioning. This is a hands-on engineering role that blends CAD design, CNC machining, woodworking, physical testing, and customer-facing communication.You will own the full end-to-end process: from initial customer opportunity through design, mold fabrication, sample creation, ISTA testing, and final customer presentation. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want variety, technical depth, and direct customer impact.
