We help associations, AMCs, and enterprises move from fragmented event tech stacks to a single, secure, and scalable solution within Salesforce.Role Summary:EVA is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to build and grow our partner ecosystem across the Salesforce and association technology landscape.This role will focus on developing and managing partnerships with key consulting and implementation firms as well as identifying new channel and referral partners to expand EVA’s pipeline and market presence.You will serve as the bridge between EVA and our partners—aligning go-to-market strategies, enabling partners to successfully position EVA, and driving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline..Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Development & StrategyIdentify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners across the Salesforce, AMS, and event technology ecosystemDevelop joint value propositions and co-selling strategiesPipeline Growth & Revenue EnablementGenerate qualified pipeline through partner referrals and co-selling effortsCollaborate with EVA sales team to support partner-driven opportunitiesTrack partner-sourced revenue and performancePartner EnablementTrain partners on EVA’s platform (Registration, Check-In, Event Tech Hub, Analytics & AI)Equip partners with sales materials, positioning, and demo supportEnsure partners can confidently represent EVA in client conversationsRelationship ManagementMaintain ongoing communication with partners to drive engagement and alignmentCoordinate joint marketing efforts (webinars, events, campaigns)Act as primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives Market Expansion & Industry PresenceIdentify new partnership opportunities in Ohio and across key U.S. marketsRepresent EVA at industry events, including ASAE conferences, Salesforce World Tours, PCMA, and other relevant networking eventsBuild EVA’s visibility within the Salesforce and association ecosystemQualifications1+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel salesStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsSelf-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentAdditional DetailsTravel: Some travel required for industry events, partner meetings, and conferences across the U.S.What Success Looks LikeEstablished network of active, engaged partnersConsistent pipeline generated through partner channelsPartners confidently positioning and selling EVAIncreased market visibility within Salesforce and association communities What We Offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Additional benefits may include health, dental, vision, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
