The wider national practice comprises a substantial cohort of specialist property litigators across multiple UK offices, with particular strength in complex, high-value and strategically important matters.The team is recognised in the leading legal directories and is particularly well known for its expertise in commercial landlord and tenant disputes, development and infrastructure-related litigation, and matters involving regulated land use, including telecoms and utilities.
