Obstetrics And Gynecology PhysicianOur physician group, Florida Woman Care, is seeking a Full-time or Part-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join the team in Sebring, FL - the City on the Circle. Board Certified/Board Eligible, experienced and resident physicians are encouraged to apply.Practice Highlights:Busy, established, newly remodeled practice with plenty of growing roomLarge staff with 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound and surgical suitesApproximately 2.5 days in clinic; 1 surgery day; 2 days covering Labor & Delivery (flexible)Average daily patient census 35-40 totalAverage deliveries 40 - 60 per monthGreat mentorship opportunity for resident physicians1:5 weekend Call (Midwives take 1st call/Physicians take 2nd Call from home)Deliveries are performed at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital/GYN surgeries are performed at HCA Highlands HospitalGenerous sign-on/retention bonusLocation qualifies for Loan Forgiveness ProgramAbove average base salary, plus productivity bonuses (opportunity to double your salary in year 2)Partnership in 3 yearsFull or Part-time schedule (can discuss any schedule to accommodate your lifestyle, i.e., 2 weeks on/2 weeks off)Full benefits; 401K retirement with company matching; company paid malpractice insurance4 weeks PTO; CME allowanceMembership opportunityCity: Sebring State: FL
