In this rewarding role, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one nutrition counseling to adult and adolescent patients across a wide range of disease states—helping them make lasting, life‑changing improvements to their health.Schedule: Onsite, 2-3 Days per Week. 8am-4:30pm approximately. No Weekends! About the Hospital: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial is a 118-bed hospital proudly serving residents of Frisco, Texas, and those in Collin and Denton County. Our full-service hospital in Frisco offers an array of services ranging from cardiovascular care and women’s health, to orthopedics and spine surgery.Job ResponsibilitiesAssess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededStay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutritionAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
