Title: Oracle HCM Developer ( 4 days/week onsite) Location: Charlotte, NC (Need Local Candidates) Duration: 12+ MonthsJob Description: Responsibilities of the Oracle HCM Developer:Serve as a specialist for Oracle HCM SaaS and VB Cloud Services from a development perspective. Develop and maintain data pipelines from Oracle Cloud ERP to OAC, utilizing FAW, OTBI connections, and BICC for data extraction and transformation. Support post-go-live integrations and troubleshoot technical defects, working closely with both development and functional teams. Leverage ODI for data integration and ETL tasks, ensuring optimal performance and system maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems while overseeing system support, maintenance, and upgrades.Requirements For The Oracle HCM Developer3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM development, focusing on SaaS and VB Cloud Services. Experience with FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), including custom integrations and table management. Proficient in Oracle databases, writing complex SQL queries, and SQL tuning. Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
