Manager Practice Management
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Under the direction of the market VP of Physician Services and the hospital CEO and CFO, the practice manager is responsible for the planning, directing, monitoring and completion of systems and procedures for the MCE Medical Group. Supervises Clerical and Clinical employees and over sees the day to day operations of the Enterprise Clinics, LLC clinics. The Practice Manager facilitates the same day access for ALL patients requesting to be treated by providers by collaborating with clinicians on schedule management and patient access. Practice Manager will manage and perform all coding, billing and collection processes to ensure collection goals are met. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Desirable characteristics include two (2) years supervisory and management experience in a health care environment, hospital/healthcare accounting and third party reimbursement experience. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be able to function effectively under stress. Prefer 2 years college plus CPC (coding certification).
