This position ensures compliance with standards and regulations while driving continuous improvement and process excellence across the organization.As a member of the RS team, you will help foster a collaborative, high-performing environment that values engagement at every level. This role is essential in upholding our core values and contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous growth.Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU WILL DODevelop and document quality policies and procedures (e.g., Quality Alerts, One-Point Lessons, Work Instructions) and facilitate training for RS team membersMonitor manufacturing procedures and work instructions to identify opportunities to enhance qualityMaintain the document control system, ensuring timely reviews and accurate revisionsPerform quality checks, tests, and statistical analysis as neededManage gauge calibration systems, including studies and calibration record controlDocument and manage the ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing process, including scheduling, audit participation, and implementing corrective actionsLead Quality-related activities within Epicor used by the Quality teamSupport external audits focused on the QMSAssist Quality and Manufacturing teams with corrective actions for internal and external concernsMonitor receiving inspection data and supplier quality performanceCollect and analyze data using spreadsheets, charts, and graphsConduct regular audits, including Business Maturity Assessments, Layered Process Audits, and QMS AuditsServe as backup for other Quality team positionsPerform other duties as assigned by the Quality ManagerWhat You BringPost-secondary education preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Internal Auditor CertificationQuality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment (product specifications, tolerances, reporting, statistics, etc.)Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, charts, and tables; PowerPoint for presentations)WORKING CONDITIONSIndustrial production environment and office settingHot and humid areas within the plant (indoor/outdoor)Time-sensitive work requiring critical supportInteraction with chemicals, heavy machinery, and moving equipmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance incentivesHealth, vision, and dental coverageRetirement savings plan with company contributionsEmployer-paid life and disability insurancePaid time off and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for career growth in a global, expanding companyWHY JOIN US?At RS, QMS Administrators play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently and that customers receive high-quality products on time.
