Materials Manager

We’re hiring a Materials Manager to support data center operations at Oracle.This is a hands-on role where you’ll help manage the flow, tracking, and accuracy of critical hardware and materials across both live data center environments and new build projects.What you’ll do:Support day-to-day inventory operations (cycle counts, audits, reconciliations)Track and manage materials in systems like Oracle or SAPCoordinate with vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) partnersEnsure materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on timeSupport data center build projects by staging and moving hardware as neededMaintain compliance with inventory processes, safety standards, and audit requirementsWhat we’re looking for:3–5 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience with inventory systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)Comfortable working with hardware and in a hands-on environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesExcel skills and familiarity with barcode/scanning systemsNice to have:Experience in data centers, tech, or infrastructure environmentsExposure to 3PL/vendor coordinationFamiliarity with lean practices (5S, Kanban, etc.)This is a great opportunity to be part of a team supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure.
