This role oversees daily showroom operations, implements effective sales strategies, and ensures compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales and gross profit goalsManage daily sales operations, including desk management and deal structuringMonitor individual and team performance; conduct regular coaching and performance reviewsEnsure exceptional customer experience and resolve escalated customer concernsImplement and execute dealership sales processes and best practicesAnalyze sales reports, market trends, and inventory to maximize profitabilityCollaborate with F&I, service, and marketing teams to optimize dealership performanceEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and manufacturer regulationsMaintain strong product knowledge and oversee ongoing sales training initiativesQualificationsRequired:3+ years in a dealership management roleProven track record of achieving sales and profitability goalsStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordPreferred:Experience with CRM and DMS systems ie: eLeads and Dealertrack
