Are you living your life's work?Summary:To prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the numerous functions of complex health care services organization. The primary incentive in this program is the opportunity to investigate a career opportunity with hands-on experience prior to graduation. Once completed, the intern will have sufficient knowledge necessary to determine if a career in the industry is the right opportunity to pursue. Internships vary in duration and in assigned work.Responsibilities:Communications regarding projects is timely, complete and professional. Phone calls and emails are responded to in a timely manner, generally within one business day. Treats people respectfully. Effectively manages and efficiently uses all resources. Are open to and respects differences, ideas, and suggestions. Does not participate in non-productive activities or conversations. Maintains confidentiality. Establishes and maintains good working relationships and partnerships. Adheres to established policies and procedures. Always seeks clarity to ensure understanding, keeps work processes reasonable and simple, and balances priorities.
