Our Traverse City Clinic is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team.About the RoleThe Patient Registration Specialist plays an essential role in delivering high-quality customer service and supporting smooth clinic operations. This position is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, assisting with paperwork, answering phones, and providing a welcoming first point of contact for all patients.
