The LRG is committed to empowering patients, caregivers, and the broader GIST community worldwide.Role DescriptionThe Director of Analytics and Research will oversee research initiatives, analyze complex data sets, design studies, and generate insights to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing and interpreting data to identify trends, collaborating with researchers, and contributing to publications and presentations. The Director will also drive improvements in data collection and analytics processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the organization’s mission. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Wayne, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.Salary: $90kQualificationsProficiency in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Data ScienceStrong foundation in Analytical Skills and StatisticsAbility to design and conduct research studiesExperience with data interpretation and reporting, including visualization and summarization of complex insightsExceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesProficiency in data tools and platforms, such as statistical software or programming languages used in analyticsStrong communication skills to convey findings effectively to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with healthcare research or nonprofit settings is a plusMaster’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field is preferred
