Project examples include:Defining and documenting process parametersSupport design efforts for product developmentQuantify and lead actions needed for scrap reductionParticipants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instructionS/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processesKnow and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contributes to the achievement of the quality objectivesYour QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be pursuing an academic degreeMaintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semesterExperience in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication ability (written &verbal)Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve resultsAssertive approach to solving problemsAbility to prioritizeThe ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty poundsExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorshipAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
