Midwestern Electric, a GreenArrow company, is hiring a Traffic Signal & Lighting Project Manager to support municipal and DOT infrastructure projects throughout the East Chicago market.This is a hands-on, field-focused leadership role for someone who understands that traffic signal and roadway lighting work isn’t just “electrical.” It’s safety, coordination, communication, scheduling, customer management, and leadership in environments where the public notices when things go wrong.What You’ll Be Doing:• Managing traffic signal and roadway lighting projects from kickoff through closeout• Coordinating daily field activities for signal and lighting technicians• Supporting municipal service calls and maintenance-related project work• Communicating directly with municipalities, inspectors, customers, and internal teams• Managing schedules, manpower, documentation, and project coordination• Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionallyWhat We’re Looking For:• 1–3+ years of project management experience in:Traffic signal constructionRoadway lightingElectrical constructionDOT/public infrastructure projectsCommercial or industrial electrical construction• Experience working in construction or infrastructure environments with the ability to coordinate field crews and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work directly with municipalities and public-sector customers• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced field operations environments• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordPreferred Experience:✔ Traffic signal systems and maintenance operations✔ ITS or roadway infrastructure experience✔ DOT project exposure✔ Experience leading or coordinating field techniciansAt GreenArrow, culture fit is not optional.Our people are expected to genuinely live our core values every day:👥 People & FamilySafety comes first.
