The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.Major Goals And ResponsibilitiesThe setup technician position supports the Logistics Team by evaluating, managing, and successfully carrying out all machine setups/equipment builds while ensuring the customer and sales rep satisfaction. The position ensures inventory integrity and quantity levels. This position also helps with any and all duties that may be assigned.RequirementsEssential Activities and Responsibilities:Setups/equipment builds of copiers, printers, scanners, etc (85%)Setting up new/used equipment to it’s full capacity to ensure all functions are in proper working condition and up to customer expectations.Unboxing of equipment and disposing/breaking down of packing, boxes, skids, ect.Verify equipment serial numbers on all devicesWorking with Logistics/Project Managers/Sales reps to input all necessary customer information into the machines.Navigating multiple forms of spreadsheets, manufactures websites, and necessary research to complete task or possible issues.Hill Warehouse duties (Formatting Hard Drives, Pulling Lease Returns, Green Parts, ect)Have all paperwork completed and setup calls invoiced by the end of the dayBack up for the Warehouse Team (10%)Pull and fill ordersMaintain inventory levels and accountabilityMaintain a clean and safe warehouseAssist in other areas (i.e. Shipping, order entry, stocking and set up)Loading/Unloading TrucksOther duties as assigned (5%)Event Setup / teardown;Behavioral Traits, Attitudes And Skills RequiredStrong social skills, friendly and receptive attitude, great customer relationsProfessionalOrganizedTakes InitiativeReliable, punctual & flexibleGood oral and written communicationTeam playerAbility to multi-taskAll tasks will be carried out ethically, legally and professionallyPrerequisites (i.e...
