The company offers solutions, platforms, and services tailored for Generative AI builders and adopters, leveraging a legacy of over 36 years delivering high-quality data and outcomes.About the Opportunity:The TECHNICAL TRAINING & QUALITY MANAGER – AI DATA leads technical training, capability development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement for AI data programs. This role ensures teams involved in data annotation, preparation, model evaluation, and related AI workflows possess the necessary technical skills and meet defined quality standards. The position contributes by enhancing team capabilities and maintaining quality to support successful AI data projects.Responsibilities:Design and implement technical training programs for AI data and annotation teams.Develop curricula, learning paths, assessments, certifications, and refresher modules.Train teams on AI/ML concepts, LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, data annotation, labeling, model evaluation, prompt engineering, RLHF, and AI response quality.Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to build internal trainers.Identify skill gaps via assessments and metrics, and create targeted upskilling plans.Develop practical exercises and certification frameworks.Own quality frameworks and standards across AI data projects.Define and monitor quality KPIs including accuracy, agreement rates, defect rates, audit scores, rework, and productivity.Establish quality calibration processes and conduct regular audits.Analyze quality trends and perform root cause analysis of defects.Collaborate with Operations and Program Managers on corrective and preventive actions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, consistency, productivity, and turnaround.Provide technical guidance for data annotation, LLM evaluation, RLHF, prompt-response evaluation, NLP, multimedia annotation, generative AI evaluation, data validation, model benchmarking, and red teaming.Translate client guidelines and specifications into effective training and quality programs.Resolve complex quality and interpretation issues with SMEs and technical teams.Engage with clients, Program Managers, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and QA teams.Participate in client calibration sessions and quality reviews.Present quality dashboards, training effectiveness, root cause findings, and improvement plans to leadership.Support new project launches through training analysis, SOP development, quality framework creation, and readiness assessments.Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, operational quality, and process efficiency.Use data and analytics to measure training ROI and quality improvements.Promote automation and technology adoption in training and quality processes.Standardize best practices across projects and delivery teams.Requirements:8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, data operations, data annotation, AI training, quality management, technical learning and development, or related areas.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or related field.Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.Experience with AI data annotation and model evaluation projects.Experience managing training and quality teams in high-volume environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, calibration, quality audits, and process improvement.Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear training content.Preferred certifications in AI/ML, Quality Management, Six Sigma, instructional design, or technical training.Familiarity with AI platforms, annotation tools, LLM evaluation frameworks, or data-quality platforms.Exposure to Python, SQL, analytics/BI tools, or automation is advantageous.Pay Range and Compensation Package:The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
