About the OpportunityMedix is partnering with a medical center in NYC to find an Internist or Family Practitioner. This role involves managing the full spectrum of general internal medicine, including outpatient HIV management.Location: New YorkFacility Type: Medical Center / OutpatientStart Date: January 12, 2026Length of Assignment: Direct HireSchedule: Day ShiftState License Needed: New YorkPay: Rate ranges (including $10k sign-on bonus) and possible stipends to be discussed with recruiter. Responsibilities > Examine, diagnose, and treat medical illnesses in an office practice. > Manage out-patient HIV disease and evaluate health status. > Supervise patient care activities of paramedical personnel. > Attend medical staff meetings and conferences. Required Skills & Qualifications > Graduation from an accredited Medical School. > Residency completion in IM, FM, or Osteopathic Medicine. > Board Certification/Eligibility in IM or FM. > Licensure to practice medicine in New York State.
