As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll partner closely with the CEO to translate long‑term strategy into clear priorities, systems, and day‑to‑day execution across programs, properties, and operations.Your weeks will involve setting organizational priorities, strengthening operational infrastructure, and supporting leaders across programs, properties, and administration. You’ll oversee systems that intersect with compliance, financing, and long‑term asset management, and you’ll help ensure that projects move forward on realistic timelines and within regulatory and funding constraints.
