This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 6 hours/week, flexible schedule.Responsibilities Provides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of CareAppropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent informationPractices in accordance with accepted infection control principles. Provides a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentProvides necessary assistance to patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intakePromotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and other employeesProvides assistance to patients with safe transfers and ambulation per the Agency policiesCompletes yearly education hoursMinimum Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate1+ years' experience in direct client care, or has provided home health services within previous 24 monthsCurrent CPR certificationWilling to get TB testingDependable transportation$15 - $18 an hourOffers are contingent upon passing a background check.If you enjoy developing genuine relationships with your patients, apply today!To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
