*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Host/Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them promptly - Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently - Provide guests with menus and ensure they are attended to promptly - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with servers to enhance the overall dining experience - clean tables and chairs *Experience* - Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of guest relations and customer service best practices - Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is beneficial - Willingness to assist wherever needed to help ensure a smooth dining experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
