Role Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Niles, IL. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing the overall architecture for business operations, technology systems, and solutions. This role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient architectural strategies that align with business objectives. Additional tasks include developing roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving enterprise-wide architecture standards. Qualifications Expertise in Enterprise Architecture with proven experience in designing cohesive, organization-wide strategiesStrong skills in Business Architecture to align technological solutions with business goalsProficiency in Technical Architecture and Application Architecture for designing and managing infrastructure and software solutionsExperience in Solution Architecture for integrating systems and delivering tailored technology solutionsExceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are a plus
