Coverage dates: ASAP - ongoing (6 months +) Credentialing 90 days Monday to Friday 8a - 5p Clinic M, W, F and OR days Tues, Thur 25 patients per day No call and no weekends ocum surgeon will be the primary surgeon, we do have PA who can be the first assist. 80% adult; 20% adolescent/peds Procedures: Carpal/Cubital Tunnel Release, trigger finger release, mass excision, ORIF, typical hand cases Fluoroscopy license required Support staff: Medical Assistant, Orthopedic Technician, PA for assist, on site x-ray Other providers in the department: 4 physicians; 5 Pas Epic medical record
