You will have the autonomy to develop, optimize, and sustain the automated wire bonding processes that power deepwater exploration, aerospace defense, and pharmaceutical research.You’ll be the bridge between design and production, working hands-on with top-tier equipment (like Palomar, Hesse, or K&S) and mentoring talented technicians. We believe in "making an impact," and here, your improvements to yield and automation will be celebrated.What You’ll Be Doing:Innovate & Optimize: Develop parameters and tooling for new products using DOE and statistical analysis.Troubleshoot & Lead: Be the "go-to" expert for equipment performance and root-cause analysis (RCCA).Drive Excellence: Ensure all processes meet elite industry standards (MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610).Shape the Factory: Lead modernization efforts through process automation and lean manufacturing initiatives.Who You Are:Experienced: You have 3+ years in microelectronics, specifically with automated wire bonders.Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Manufacturing).Analytical: You love data and use SPC and DOE to make informed decisions.Collaborative: You enjoy training others and working across departments to solve complex problems.Detail-Oriented: You take pride in high-quality documentation and precision.Our Commitment to YouOur client’s reputation for honesty, integrity, and innovation is built by its people.
