We’re building a high-performance team, and our Studio Managers are at the center of that growth.We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader who can take full ownership of a studio — leading the team, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience every day.About the RoleThis is a highly visible, in-studio leadership role. As Studio Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance, operations, and culture of your location. You’ll lead from the front — balancing business strategy, team development, and daily execution.You will own the success of your studio across key metrics like utilization, conversion, retention, and team performance, while maintaining Jungle’s premium standards.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day operations and overall performance of your studioDrive key KPIs including utilization, intro conversion, retention, and retail salesAnalyze weekly performance and implement action plans to improve resultsOptimize class schedules based on demand and instructor performanceRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop Front Desk team membersSet clear expectations and hold team accountable to performance and service standardsCoach team members through feedback, performance management, and developmentOversee instructor performance, class quality, and schedule effectivenessEnsure a consistently elevated, high-touch member experienceAddress member concerns quickly and proactively to protect retentionMaintain a strong leadership presence in-studio during peak hoursOversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, retail, and facilitiesManage budgets, payroll, and operational expensesEnsure compliance with SOPs, systems (Mariana Tek, NetGym), and brand standardsMaintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentationBuild relationships within the local community and support growth initiativesProvide weekly reporting and insights on studio performanceWhat We’re Looking ForLeadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail environmentsProven ability to manage performance, hit KPIs, and drive business resultsStrong people leadership skills — you’ve coached and held teams accountableHands-on, in-the-business leader who thrives on the studio floorHighly organized with strong operational executionComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills with both team members and leadershipExperience with Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or similar platforms is a plusAvailability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join JungleFull ownership of a studio — lead the business, team, and member experienceDirect impact on revenue, retention, and overall studio successOpportunity to build, develop, and lead a high-performing teamHands-on leadership role with real autonomy and accountabilityBe part of a fast-growing brand at a key expansion stageHigh visibility with leadership and strong path for career growthExposure to all aspects of studio operations: sales, operations, people, and financeWork in a high-energy, community-driven fitness environment
