Client Service Associate - Hybrid Remote
Description:
We are seeking a Client Service Associate at our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm. This position will support Private Client Group Advisors, serving as the first point of contact for clients or prospects and providing a wide range of relationship management and administrative support for individuals, entities, and trusts.
This position offers work from home availability 1-2 days per week after initial orientation period.
Position responsibilities:
Oversee client interaction — act as a conduit between client and Private Client Group operations; assist in creation of business plans with Financial Advisors geared toward client growth and development; build relationships with clients
Facilitate investment account transactions at Fidelity and Schwab such as opening and closing brokerage accounts, transferring assets, money movement, charitable gifting, trust distributions, and general account administration
Works directly with service team at Fidelity and Schwab, as needed, to troubleshoot problems, expedite high priority items and work through complex transactions
Assist with the administration of alternative investments; including coordinating capital calls
Manage meeting logistics and assist in the coordination and finalization of client meeting materials
Assists in office organization, filing, scanning of documents to the client directory and electronic file creation
Develops familiarity of the tools available to complete assigned projects in a paperless environment
Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Essential skills and experience:
Experience with Investment, Insurance or Trust Administration is a plus
BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with alternative investments is a plus
Experience with Fidelity or Schwab is a plus
Ability to work under pressure, organize and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment where time management, attention to detail, follow-through and meeting deadlines are critical
Strong computer proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook)
Strong client orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
Strong team player
