The Role and What You'll Do: The PBR Regional Director, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new corporate partnership opportunities at the national, regional, and local levels. This role drives regional revenue growth by executing local and regional sales initiatives and positioning PBR as a must-have sports and entertainment property. The Regional Sales Director reports to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with a strong track record of building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and consistently delivering against revenue targets.Identify, prospect, and close new local, regional, and national corporate partnershipsExecute all regional and local sales initiatives aligned with broader partnership strategyAssign and support Regional Sales Managers in lead generation and execution of smaller local dealsCollaborate with Marketing Managers to drive market penetration and audience reachPartner with Sponsorship Fulfillment to develop and execute market-specific sales campaignsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing local and regional partnersGrow Tour presence in smaller markets, focusing on core partner categories and extended relationshipsConduct market, category, and local company research to identify partnership opportunitiesMonitor competitive landscape and local events to identify new sales prospectsTravel frequently to assigned markets to support relationship development and deal executionIdentify and sell partnership opportunities across multiple PBR properties, including:PBR Unleash The BeastPBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity TourPBR Team SeriesPBR Challenger TourGenerate and expand relationships with existing partners and extended partner networks to drive incremental revenueLeverage marketing and sales data to optimize sales strategies by market and regionConduct sales calls to qualify leads and advance opportunities through the pipelineManage partnership inventory, including tracking and documentation of available assetsSupport sales initiatives through data collection, analysis, and presentationDevelop sales collateral, presentations, and pitch materials You Have These:Excellent verbal communication and professional writing skillsStrong customer service and relationship management skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyHigh level of organization and attention to detailAbility to build and sustain long-term business relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, partnerships, or related marketing roles preferred Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
