Their products are already being adopted by a growing customer base, and with continued investment they're expanding their engineering team to support the next phase of growth.This is an opportunity to join early, work with modern AI technologies, and have a genuine impact on both the product and technical direction.The RoleAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll build AI-powered features from concept through to production, working across both backend services and modern React applications.You'll develop scalable APIs, intuitive user interfaces and AI integrations, collaborating with specialist engineers where needed while owning features end to end.What You'll Be DoingBuilding full-stack AI features from backend API through to frontend UI.Developing Python/FastAPI services and React applications.Creating responsive, document-focused user experiences with real-time updates and streaming responses.Designing clean APIs, scalable architecture and high-quality user interfaces.Working with AI technologies including LLM integrations and retrieval-based workflows.Collaborating across engineering to deliver reliable, production-ready software.Essential ExperienceStrong commercial experience delivering full-stack applications.React and TypeScript.Python and FastAPI.PostgreSQL and Redis.Experience designing APIs and modern frontend applications.Passion for clean code, software architecture and user experience.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.Nice to HaveNext.js, React Query, Zustand or shadcn/ui.LangChain, LlamaIndex or RAG experience.Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSockets.Experience building AI-powered products.What's on OfferJoin a fast-growing team building AI products with real-world impact.High level of ownership and influence over technical decisions.Flexible, remote-first working across the EU.Competitive salary, benefits and the opportunity to grow with an ambitious technology business.
